Botanical Name: Cucumis melo

Delicious to the rind. Thick lime green flesh ripens to a light gold with high sugar content. Hard, smooth and creamy-white rind, small seed cavity and good storage potential. Pick by cutting the stem when skin tone warms or when the small leaf at the fruit yellows. Fruit 25 by 20cm in diameter and capable of reaching 3Kg.
