Cucumber Armenian Yard Long

• Botanical Name: Cucumis sativus

Delicious Middle Eastern Cucumber that's actually a melon in disguise.  The long light green fruit are easy to digest with a crisp mild flavour.  Best grown on a trellis to get straight fruit.  Harvest young when 30cm long or leave to grow on the ground to curve into unusual shapes.  Tolerates dry conditions but plants in rich moist soil will crop heavier.
