Pak Choi Mei Quing F1

• Botanical Name: Brassica chinensis

Baby Pak Choi. Mei Quing quickly produces crisp sweet vase-shaped mini Pak Choi heads with dark green leaves contrasting with the thin and crunchy pale lime green stalks. When cooked, Mei Quing has a sweet nutty flavour with a mild Cabbage taste. Excellent stir-fry or use raw in salads. Because of its very early maturity and compact size Mei Quing can be succession sown for a constant supply through most of the year except in the heat of summer.
