Botanical Name: Brassica rapa

A very compact and uniform vase shaped mini Pak Choi originating in the Hong Kong region and well known in their cuisine with a dark green leaf and mid green petiole (stem) similar looking to Mei Quing Choi. It is served whole in soups, stir fry and similar style dishes. Quick growing, harvest is 40 days from sowing from late spring through to late summer.
