Kohlrabi Azur Star
- Botanical Name: Brassica oleracea gongylodes
An early Kohlrabi with a deep purple skin and slightly flat round bulb. When prepared the outer skin is peeled off and the inner flesh is eaten raw or cooked having a similar taste to turnips. Sow or transplant 10cm apart. Best harvested at 5-7cm diameter stage in approximately 60 days from sowing.
