Botanical Name: Brassica oleracea botrytis

Beautiful early orange Cauliflower 25 times higher in Vitamin A than its white counterpart. It has a slightly sweet flavour and light cooking will enhance its colour. Can be roasted, steamed, microwaved or tossed lightly in olive oil and salt. Best grown in the cooler months maturing 60 days from transplant.
