Cauliflower Giant of Naples

• Botanical Name: Brassica oleracea botrytis

Impressive large white tasty cauliflower for gardeners with room to spare. With a head size of 1.6 to 1.8kg the plants can take up to 200 days from sowing to mature but show vigorous growth all the same and have very good leaf cover. When small white heads become visible through leaves, gather the outer leaves over the head and tie together to preserve white colour. This results in a better quality head if maturing during hot weather.
