Kale Pink Stem

  • Botanical Name: Brassica oleracea

A colourful and vitamin rich cool weather Kale with finely fringed dark green leaves and a closely packed pink centre. Perfect for baby leaf production especially in cooler months when the colours are enhanced.  The plant will form a surface bulb similar to kohlrabi. Best sown from late summer to late autumn with successive sowings. 28 days (baby leaf) and 75 days (maturity).
