A highly sought after small Endive with finely cut and deeply toothed green leaves. The French refer to Endive as Frisee and use the mildy bitter leaves in salads. Grow it like you would a lettuce, spacing transplants closely at 20-25cm encourages the heart to self blanch. Harvest baby leaf 30 days from transplant and full size from 60 days.
