Yellow-green bi-colour. Distinctive slender fruits, yellow with faint white stripes and light green blossom ends. Harvest young at 10-15cm for unusually delicious nutty taste and firm textures. Under certain stressful hot weather conditions, Zephyr can show some variability in the amount of green at the fruit ends.
