Botanical Name: Raphanus sativus

Candela di Fuoco. Beautiful Italian Heirloom radish with a bright red skin and crunchy white flesh of an excellent texture with a nice mild flavour. It is an early type preferring a spring sowing in deep well tilled soil to grow into a 15cm long by 3cm wide tapered root in 28 to 30 days.
