• Botanical Name: Lactuca sativa

The favourite Lettuce of Author Joy Larkcom in her book "The Salad Garden". The original Gem Lettuce. Very small and upright, sort of half Cos and half Butterhead in appearance. Excellent for Baby Leaf production. (28 days baby leaf - 48 days maturity)

Heirloom; 10-25 degrees; 5-8 days; 20cm apart; Cooler Temps; 1.2.3; Direct Sow; 1000 seeds; Salad Green.
