Botanical Name: Solanum melongena

Replaces Kermit A green and white egg shaped eggplant for specialty Indian and Thai style cuisine. The tasty 5cm diameter oval fruit have a dark green striped shoulder with a green calyx and a white blossom end. The compact well branched plants are prolific producers with an open habit for ease of picking. Transplant out after last frosts into rich well drained soil with fruit maturing 65 days later.
