Eggplant Asian Bride

The pretty fruits are shaped like long straight fat fingers and can be picked from 8-20cm long and 2-4cm in diameter. Asian Bride matures to a Blush or Rose over white attractive bi-colour with especially white creamy flesh which cooks quickly, making them perfect for grilling, sauté, or stir frying. Plants are sturdy, compact and well branched bearing 2-3 fruits per cluster. (70 days)
