- Botanical Name: Brassica oleracea capitata
Heirloom Cabbage for smaller gardens growing to maturity at 2-2.5kg. Neatly formed with a dense round head and short stem. Excellent for coleslaw or fine shredding and is delicious and tender when cooked. Early maturing, preferring cooler summer growing conditions and to be well watered.
