Thyme French Summer
- Botanical Name: Thymus vulgaris
Thym de Provence. Regarded as having the best flavour of all the Thymes. Its leaves are narrower and distinctly more grey in colour compared to English Winter Thyme. Protection should be given over the winter months as it is not noted for cold tolerance.
