Cornflower Dwarf Blue
- Botanical Name: Centaurea cyanus
Bushy dwarf base branching Cornflower with double blue flowers. Ideal as an edible, bedding plant. Prefers the cooler temperatures of spring and autumn with well drained loam but tolerates poor soil of moderate fertility. Pick edible flowers when blooms are ¼ to ½ open, approximately 90 days from sowing.
