Love Lies Bleeding Red Tails
- Botanical Name: Amaranthus caudatus
A spectacular favourite for any gardener and a good pot plant. It is most effective as a cut flower in arrangements and will be especially appreciated if carefully dried. The Rose Pink colour of this variety remains unchanged for a considerable time with the flowers arranged on many long drooping tassels. The first cutting will yield spikes up to 60cm with later cutting approximately half that length. Flower spikes should be hung upside down to dry.
Hardy Annual; 20-24 degrees; 6-10 days; 100cm height; 15-20cm apart; Full Sun; 1.2; 250 seeds; Cut Flower; Dried Flower.
