Large double flowers in many shades of Blue, Mauve, Purple, and White. The centre of each flower (the 'bee') is light coloured or dark depending on the variety. Recommended for smaller gardens and windy areas where tall types are damaged. Plants will flower first summer. Delphiniums require rich moist soil, alkaline to slightly acid and regular fertilizing. Cover the seeds to germinate.
