Violet Queen Charlotte
- Botanical Name: Viola odorata
Heirloom Sweet Violet of yesteryear. Spring flowering bedding plant that copes with a wide range of soil types and even neglect does not seem to bother them once established. Violet seed is a cold germinator and requires chilling to break its dormancy. Alternatively sow in autumn, allowing to winter over naturally for spring germination.
