Placement and acceptance of an order constitutes the Purchaser’s authority for any person or company to provide Kings Seeds with such information as they may require in response to their credit inquiries and for Kings Seeds to furnish to any third party details of the order and any subsequent dealings that the purchaser may have with the Company.
